This is Newman with his girl, FiFi L'Amour. She used to be pure white til he got ahold of her. Newman is generally a very gentle dog. Sweet and loving.
Lily comes in the bathroom last night while I'm getting ready for bed.
"Mama, look what Newman did to my finger." She then holds out her hand to show me a barely discernible scratch on her middle finger. She shows me how he bit her to make said scratch.
"What'd you do to make him bite you?" I ask, knowing he was provoked.
"I stepped on his FiFi."
The cardinal sin. Stay away from the boy's woman. She ran off to play more tag with him after that. But she did steer clear of that poodle the rest of the night.
